This tedious process performed by factory workers is a perfect use case for AOI.

Why Intelly AI?

Intelly AOI total solution turns candy inspection into an AI-integrated process. The project starts with cameras and sensors mounted near the conveyor belt to catch high-resolution images of candies. Powered by IoT, embedded AI chips, 5G networks, and edge computing, the images are sent to Intelly Core platform during the training phase. Intelly AI's data scientists use the Intelly Core platform to train and deploy the neural network for quick tests. Later on, the AI is deployed to all the devices embedded with AI chips to respond to the flagged candies in real-time.
